Reminiscences contain Peter J. Koblenzer’s reflections during opening ceremony of the new building of St. Christopher’s Hospital in Philadelphia, [1990]. Koblenzer considers need for the new location and facilities and his dermatological practice at former location.

Biographical / Historical

Peter Johann Koblenzer, Philadelphia dermatologist, was born in 1922. He was married to physician Caroline S. Koblenzer. Koblenzer received his M.D. from the University of London Faculty of Medicine; he was licensed to practice in 1962. He was on the staff of St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia and maintained a private practice. He was a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Dermatology. Koblenzer became a Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia in 1969.
