Overview
Benjamin Rush, Philadelphia physician, was born in 1745 near Philadelphia. He received his M.D. from the University of Edinburgh in 1768. Rush was a founding Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia and a signer of the Declaration of Independence. He died in 1813.John Morgan was born in Philadelphia in 1735.
