Scope and Contents
From the Collection:
The Lecture and Event Files of the Communication and Development Departments date from 1992 to 1995 and consist of planning files regarding College lectures and other special events, including a health care forum, co-sponsored with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). The forum was held in February 1994, and featured Hillary Rodham Clinton and Everett C. Koop. The planning files are comprised of correspondence, notes, lecture programs and flyers, press releases, news clippings, and other memoranda.
The collection is divided into four series in chronological order, as they were received. Many folder titles have been preserved; however, sub-folders (“Correspondence,” “General,” etc.) related to the same program were merged into one folder.
