Biographical / Historical

Clarissa Flint Dillon is a historian in Pennsylvania. She earned her doctorate from Bryn Mawr College in 1986. Dillon does 18th century demonstrations on a variety of topics. She has published So serve it up: eighteenth-century English foodways in Eastern Pennsylvania, Margaret Morris, Burlington - N.J. 1804 : gardening memorandum, and A cook's perspective.
