Overview
The 95th Evacuation Hospital’s official station was set up at Fort Breckenridge, Kentucky on August 25, 1942. In April 1943, the Hospital shipped out to North Africa from New York City. The unit served as support to the U.S. Fifth Army through the end of the North Africa campaign, as well as Italian campaigns at Naples-Foggia, Anzio, and Rome-Arno. This ledger records the physical descriptions, entry and discharge dates, and details of the deaths of those who succumbed to enemy action or illness.
