Overview The Section on Industrial Medicine and Public Health was established by the Council and President of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia on 4 April 1917, at the request of thirty Fellows, including John B. Deaver, G, E. De Schweinitz, William W. Keen, John B. Roberts, and Alfred Stengel.
