Scope and Contents Theodore F. Breck's lecture notes on skin diseases were taken at the K. K. Allgemeine Krankenhaus in Vienna, Austria, during 1868 and 1869. The lecturer was dermatologist Ferdinand Hebra (1816-1880), the author of numerous works on skin diseases. Hebra's lectures dealt with the identification, classification, and treatment of skin diseases. Breck's notes also contain approximately thirty different prescriptions for medicines and salves to treat diseases of the skin.Also...

Scope and Contents During the first World War the Canadian Expeditionary Forces (CEF) were particularly concerned with the number of cases of sexually transmitted infections (STIs, then called venereal disease).
