Overview
The Steering Committee for Fundraising and Public Affairs was established at the Council meeting of December 1976, and the Committee met for the first time in February 1977. Its purpose was to advise the Council, and it was responsible for the planning, organization, and direction of a selective fundraising appeal (the Third Century Program) to secure major financial commitments to the strengthen the College and expand is programs and services. It is unclear when the Committee was disbanded, but it is no longer active (2018).
